Maija Gundare is a Make-up and Hair Designer, beauty consultant and educator based in Riga, Latvia. She graduated from Make-Up Designory (MUD) in Los Angeles and has more than 20 years of experience in film and commercial productions, contributing to both international and Baltic projects.

Alongside her work in film, Maija teaches make-up artistry and its history to aspiring industry professionals at an art school. She also works as a beauty consultant, sharing her expertise in make-up, skincare and beauty products.

Her professional interests extend to the wider beauty industry, with a particular focus on Asian beauty, skincare and make-up. She explores new products, innovations and emerging trends, combining her experience as a make-up artist with a growing focus on beauty education and product knowledge.
